When will my order be shipped?

All orders are carefully inspected before dispatch.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

When will my order arrive?

For orders shipped within the United States, the total delivery time is 5–9 business days, which includes processing and transit time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier operations or peak periods.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

How can I change or cancel my order?

You may request a change or cancellation before your order has been shipped.

Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, the order is already in transit and can no longer be modified. In that case, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

I ordered multiple items but only received one — why?

Some products may be stored in different warehouses, which means items can be shipped separately.

There are no additional costs for split shipments. Any remaining items will arrive shortly.

Can I return underwear or swimwear purchased online?

Yes, underwear or swimwear can be returned only if unused, unworn, and in original condition, in accordance with hygiene regulations.

What if the product I ordered is defective or damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

How do I pay for my order? Is payment secure?

Your security is a top priority.

All payments are protected using SSL encryption technology. We work only with trusted payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards, which offer additional buyer protection.

We never store your full payment details.
